A2. The accommodation can be booked for a short stay, for both Students and Working Professionals.

Q3. What does the rent include?

A3. The rent includes all the utility bills including Gas, Water, Electricity, and Internet.

Q4. Do I need to be a student to avail ForeignSettleIn services?

A4. Both Students and Working Professionals are welcome at ForeignSettleIn! For customized packages, please send us an inquiry from the inquiry button or WhatsApp us.

Q5. How do I know my accommodation is safe?

A5. Our representative verifies all properties featured on our website and ensures that all safety measures are in place, such as secure door entry, restricted access, and an on-site surveillance crew.

Q6. On what basis are the rooms allotted?

A6. Rooms are allotted on a first-come-serve basis.

Q7. How can I get a customized package?

A7. Please get in touch by filling in the Inquiry Tab with your requirements, and our team will reach out to you within 24 hours.

Q8. Are there any procedures/charges for the International Students?

A8. No matter where you are from the globe, there are no charges for International Students.

Q9. How to book a viewing/virtual viewing?

A9. You can schedule your preferred property for viewing through our website.

Q10. Can I choose who to live with?

A10. If you happen to bring a friend along, then yes! All our tenants are thoroughly verified, hence we make sure you get the best quality house-mates!

Q11. Can I amend my bookings?

A11. You cannot cancel or change bookings once you have signed the contract, but you can seek a replacement to whom we can transfer you.
