If you wish to cancel your contract, you will need to give 3 month’s notice.

Payment Policies

Booking Deposits:

Upon signing the lease agreement, tenants are required to pay 1 month’s rent in advance for the initial month, and a deposit equivalent to 2 month’s rent, is held until the end of the lease.

The deposit is a security deposit and will be returned to you at the end of your stay if there are no damages to the property.

Please note rent is due monthly and you will be responsible for any bank fees incurred in the transfer process. To avoid this, ensure you use the correct details and are aware of any international transfer fees that may apply.
