Cooling off Period
You can cancel free of charge if you are within your cooling off period:
1. Your cooling off period is 5 days from the date of booking, for bookings made until 27th May 2024.
2. If you book after 27th May 2024, your cooling off period reduces to 48 hours from the date of booking.

No Visa No Pay
If you are declined a Visa to study in the UK, by UK Visas and Immigration, you may cancel and obtain a full refund if notice is provided to the property management before 16th August 2024, unless:

1. You did not complete all necessary steps required by UKVI to complete your visa application.
   Your university was unable to issue you with a CAS Number to obtain your visa owing to you not completing all necessary steps to complete your application to study.
2. You must supply suitable proof to the property management in writing within 48 hours of being made aware of the change in and they may request additional information to support your cancellation request to satisfy themselves of the circumstances of your request.

If your cancellation request is accepted, any Advance Licence Fee Payment will be fully refunded to the account from which it was paid.

No Place No Pay
If you are declined a place to study at a university located in the same city as your accommodation, you may cancel and obtain a full refund, unless:

1. You are declined a place for any reason other than not meeting the academic requirements to obtain a place (including, but not limited to, academic or other misconduct, financial reasons, or withdrawing from your application or course).
2. You did not complete all necessary steps required by your university to complete your application in time.
    The Occupation Period outlined in your Licence Agreement has begun.
3. You must supply suitable proof to the property management in writing within 48 hours of being made aware of the change in circumstances and they may request additional information to support your cancellation request to satisfy themselves of the circumstances of your request.

If your cancellation request is accepted, any Advance Licence Fee Payment will be fully refunded to the account from which it was paid.

Cancellation Others
Flexible No Place No Pay policy

Cannon Park and Copper Towers - If a student has Warwick or Coventry as their 2nd choice University, but isn’t willing to book yet as they’re waiting on a 1st choice, the property can offer a Flexible NPNP. The terms are:

1. The student is allowed to name ONE University that they’re waiting for an offer on at the time of booking – this is generally their 1st choice University. They will need to send an email confirming which their first choice is clearly.
2. The student can then book in Cannon Park and Copper Towers as normal, but if they show us proof that they have been ACCEPTED into their named first choice university (and only their named University at the point of booking), and the proof is not older than 24-hours, the student has the right to cancel their booking in Copper Towers or Cannon Park with full refund.
3. If the student shows any other acceptance offer from a University that they didn’t name as their 1st choice, this is not a valid reason to cancel and will not be accepted
4. The latest date that a cancellation can be made on this Flexible policy is 18th August 2024.

Booking Deposit:

1. The property doesn't charge any deposits.
2. You’ll pay for the first 2 weeks of your contract when you book.
3. This is the Advance Licence Fee which will be offset against your first payment of rent and therefore is non-refundable.

Payment Installment Plan:
The 1st instalment payment will be due 72 hours after booking.

Mode of Payment:
Credit card, Debit card or Bank transfer.

Guarantor Requirement:
A guarantor is not required to book a room with the property.

Additional Fees:
Dual Occupancy is allowed with a 20% premium on top of the room’s weekly price.
